  3. Rinse the cucumbers and tomatoes, clean them and cut into cubes about 1 cm in size. Peel the onion, finely dice and possibly put in ice water for about 5 minutes, then it will be milder. Drain, dab dry well. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, roughly chop leaves.
  4. Picking cucumber, tomato and onion cubes, barberries and parsley under the Romanesque salad. Season with salt and pepper and leave to soak.

  1. Rinse the meat, pat dry, cut into pieces of 4-5 cm each. Rinse off rosemary, divide into pieces about 3 cm long. Mix the soy sauce, paprika, rosemary pieces, oil, maple syrup, 2 tablespoons water, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a larger bowl. Add pieces of meat, mix well, cover and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven grill to the highest level.
  3. Remove meat from the marinade and drain well, pick up the marinade. Cover the pieces of meat with a piece of rosemary, fold and place on 4 long metal or wooden skewers. Place skewers on a baking sheet, grill on the second rail from above under the hot grill for about 15 minutes. Turn several times and brush with remaining marinade. If the meat gets dark too quickly, push the tray one bar lower into the oven.
  4. Serve skewers and Romanescos salad together.

If you do not get thrown chicken legs, you can also trigger them yourself (bones off). For the club first share in the joint. Now cut lengthwise on the inside to the bone, remove the meat slightly from the bone, then cut from the bone. In the lower lobes cut off the skin and the underlying tendons around the lower joint as well.

Incidentally, the skewers are also great for gardening.

The salad tastes best when pulled through. Prepare it the day before or a few hours before and cover it cold.
